MWMS Policy Landscape includes all site based, sensible default, and charter-wide policies and plans including the Annual Report   and Literacy Plan.  MWMS is authorized by Osprey Wilds School Division. To view MWMS's authorizer evaluations please  follow this link.

 

MWMS is governed by a school board comprised of teachers, parents and community members. Meeting dates and times are posted on our Board Calendar. Each meeting begins with an opportunity for growth and development and anyone from the community is welcome and encouraged to attend.

  • MWMS holacracy board elections for Holacracy Secretary, Facilitator and Lead-link were held on Thursday, February 27th, 2025 during the MWMS Board Meeting.

  • School Board Elections took place at the June Board meeting on Thursday, June 18th, 2025. For details, see Board Roster.

Upcoming meetings:​​

* DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER AND EARLY CLOSURE OF SABATHANI COMMUNITY CENTER, TONIGHT'S BOARD MEETING IS CANCELLED.

  • The next board meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 26th, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Location will be Cosmos Montessori and accessible via zoom interactive technology. Please contact us two weeks before the meeting to request a reasonable accommodation.​

  • The Governance Committee meeting is scheduled to take place on the second Wednesday of every month at 4:00 PM via zoom interactive technology.

  • The Finance working group meeting is scheduled to take place on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 PM. via zoom interactive technology.
